Processing

Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days after confirmation. Because every piece is restored to order, hand-finishing may take a little longer on bespoke items — we will keep you informed at every step.

Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. We ship carbon-neutral via ground carriers, and we currently ship within the USA only.

All orders ship fully insured. On delivery day, please inspect the packaging and piece before signing; note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.

30-Day Home Guarantee

Every piece comes with our 30-day home guarantee. Live with your furniture for 30 days after delivery. If you are not completely happy, contact us within that period and we will arrange a free return pickup and a full refund — no questions, no restocking fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged, photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and email us at hello@vintagehomefurnishing.store — we will repair, replace or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Returns Process

• Email hello@vintagehomefurnishing.store with your order number to start a return.
• We arrange the pickup and cover return shipping costs — you pay nothing.
• Items must be returned in the condition received.
• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of pickup. See our Refund Policy.

Exclusions

Clearance pieces marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned, except where required by law. Nothing else is excluded — the 30-day guarantee covers every other piece we sell.
