Full Refunds Within 30 Days

If you return a piece within 30 days of delivery under our 30-day home guarantee, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. No restocking fees, no return shipping charges — you pay nothing.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is picked up and inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund will appear on your statement within a few days after that.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@vintagehomefurnishing.store with your order number.
We confirm within one business day and schedule a free pickup.
Pack the piece in its original packaging if possible (or we can supply guidance).
Your refund is issued after inspection, as above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged, photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and email us. We will repair, replace or refund it — your choice. You don't need to wait for the 30-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

Clearance pieces marked as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned, except where required by law. All other pieces are fully covered.
