Are these pieces really refurbished?
Yes. Every item is a genuine vintage or second-hand piece that we strip, repair, re-finish and quality-check by hand. Each piece is one of a kind — no reproductions, no new knock-offs. Photographs are of the actual condition; minor variations are part of its character.
Why is the price lower than new furniture?
We rescue pieces from estate sales, auctions and salvage lots, so the materials already exist. The reference price shown (struck-through) reflects what a comparable new piece typically sells for elsewhere. You save because we don't pay for virgin timber, new manufacturing or new-mattress markups — never because quality is cut.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days, then ship free anywhere in the USA. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after that. Bespoke refinishing may add a little time — we'll keep you informed at every step.
What if I don't love my piece?
Every order is covered by our 30-day home guarantee. Live with your furniture for 30 days after delivery; if you're not completely happy, contact us and we'll arrange a free return pickup and a full refund. No questions, no restocking fees.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Not currently. We ship free within the United States only, and we keep delivery carbon-neutral by using ground carriers. If that changes, we'll announce it on this page and in our newsletter.
